The club’s former institutional vice president receives recognition from the Catalan Association of Sports Executives for her career and her contribution to strengthening Barça institutionally
Elena Fort has been awarded the Club Executive Award at the Nit del Dirigent 2026, organized by the Catalan Association of Sports Executives (ACDE).
The gala, held yesterday at the Hotel Catalonia Barcelona Plaza, brought together numerous personalities from the sporting, institutional and business spheres of Catalonia to recognize the careers, dedication and contributions of executives who promote the development of sport in the country.
The award granted to Elena Fort highlights her work at the head of FC Barcelona’s institutional area and her commitment to the Club’s model and values. In her role as institutional vice president, Fort played a significant part in representing Barça before institutions, organizations and entities, as well as in defending the Club’s ownership model, which remains in the hands of its members.
During this period, marked by the process of institutional and economic recovery at FC Barcelona, Elena Fort contributed to strengthening the Club’s position as a leading institution in the sporting, social and cultural spheres. Her work was particularly linked to strengthening institutional relations, promoting Barça’s presence both in Catalonia and internationally, and promoting the values that define the Club’s identity.
